In the foothills of the Cévennes between Pézenas and Bédarieux, the Mas Rolland farm raises its 80 goats in the heart of the “garrigue” scrubland. Their tasty, well-balanced milk is curdled every day then moulded in a ladle into Pélardon and other distinctive cheeses that are matured with the greatest care. From 4.30 pm onwards you can visit the goat shed, meet our goats and find out how we work while you taste our cheeses. Free entry.
