In the heart of the Ariège countryside in Ax-Les-Thermes, our year-round residence offers ready-to-live-in apartments for rent for 1 or more nights. Organize your rental as you see fit, for a vacation in total freedom!

The residence comprises 74 fully-equipped apartments for your holiday rental in the mountains, ranging from studios for 2 people to T3s for 6 people, with some connecting apartments accommodating up to 12 people.

All our apartments are comfortable, spacious and very bright with bay windows and balcony (or terrace), and have a fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet, with bed linen and towels provided.

– Our studios (+/-23m² ) feature a living room with kitchenette, double bed 160x200cmn, bathroom and separate toilet, balcony.

– Our T2 apartments for 4 people (+/- 31m² ) feature a living room with kitchenette, a 3-seater convertible sofa with 160x190cm bedding, a single bedroom with 160x200cm double bed (or 2 80x200cm single beds), bathroom/shower, toilet and balcony.

– Our 3-room apartments for 6 people (+/- 34m²) feature a separate entrance with two 80x190cm bunk beds, bathroom/shower and separate toilet, a living room with kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge, small appliances), a 3-seater sofa bed with 160x190cm bedding and a single bedroom with 160x200cm double bed, furnished balcony.

Free shuttle service in winter to the village and to the Ax 3 Domaines gondola lift (10-minute journey).
Large 17mx8m outdoor summer swimming pool (mid-June to mid-September)
