Restored, very well-equipped gîte, ideal for families, 8 km from Cordes, in the countryside. It has two double rooms and one single room (sleeps up to 5), and a picturesque garden with outdoor swimming pool for exclusive use.
Renovated gîte with fully equipped kitchen/dining room, beautiful exposed stone wall, leading to a relaxing lounge with comfortable sofa, coffee table and 2 armchairs; from here, French windows lead to a south-facing terraced kidney-shaped pool (approx. 12m x 5m) at a constant depth of 1.4 m with a Roman end and sun-heated outdoor shower. Guests have exclusive use of the pool, which is regularly maintained by the owners. The adjacent area has an electric awning, parasols, dining table and chairs, all set in an enclosed garden with mature trees. An internal staircase leads to 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, shower room with WC, washbasin, large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There is an adjacent separate WC with washbasin.
