Our cleaning teams have been trained to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Additional cleaning measures are in accordance with the latest government recommendations.
The cleaning ladies wear latex gloves and masks before entering the accommodation.

The premises are first thoroughly aired. Then a meticulous cleaning is carried out. Then follows the disinfection of certain surfaces: door handles, windows, cupboards, switches, sanitary facilities, taps, remote controls, household appliances, table, floors, and the key which will already be on the door of your accommodation on arrival.

We use products that comply with the virucide EN14476 standard: Aquama, a product that also has the advantage of being organic and bleach concentrated at 36°CHL.

The rental sheets, pillowcases, undersheets, are either washed on site at 60 °, or washed at the Mill’Services laundry which observes a strict protocol and a very high temperature washing followed by a press ironing.

If you have reserved sheets, we ask you to put them in a plastic bag at the end of your stay so that they can be recovered without risk for the cleaning staff.

We will welcome you with the mask.

We ask you to come on vacation equipped with your means of protection: masks, gel,..

Due to the reinforcement of the hygiene measures and the increase of the cleaning time, we will not be able to welcome you before 5 pm. At the end of your stay, we ask you to leave your chalet or gite before 9 am. It is advisable that you take the cleaning option
