Recently renovated, this beautiful stone house was originally a stable, it has now become a superb gîte with a magnificent bathroom on the first floor with an Italian shower, double sink.

A large fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining and living room. Upstairs there are the bedrooms, another traditional bathroom and a large landing with an extra bed. The view of the park and the lake is magnificent from the house and one can admire the typical southwestern countryside. The building also has a large terrace with garden furniture and a private area without a screw for sun lovers. For those who would like to visit us in winter, there is a wood stove (wood supplied free of charge), with electric heating available as an extra.

The Property

Bordered by a superb cedar hedge, the property is surrounded by a garden with a lawn dotted with a variety of trees (plum, cherry, pear, almond…). A gravel driveway leads to the door of this stone building. It is 200 years old and has kept its outbuildings: its dovecote, its janitor’s house, its stable transformed into a salt water swimming pool and its barn converted into a playroom. The shade of an old chestnut tree covers a pink brick barbecue. A fishy lake bordered by weeping willows and poplars is the playground of many frogs. Everything is gathered to spend a superb vacation far from the nuisances!
