In the heart of the village of Cabestany, this beautiful house of the 30s, offers 2 cottages on one level each with independent entrance and private terrace. On the floor: residence of the owners. From June to September, the owners’ swimming pool (7.3 x 3.5 and teacher from 0.90 to 1.50) is shared with schedules from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Private enclosed parking is at your disposal. Common enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 900 m².
