Located just a few kilometers from Montauban, this 19th-century property spans two hectares and features two independent gîtes: ‘l’Arratz’, accommodating up to six guests, and ‘le Pigeonnier’, perfect for a couple.

Lovers of historic architecture will be captivated by ‘le Pigeonnier’ gîte, a traditional 50 m² building that has been meticulously renovated. It retains its charming stone and briquette walls and large oak beams, offering an authentic yet comfortable stay.

Situated near the owners’ house and another independent gîte, ‘le Pigeonnier’ provides a cozy living room with a fixed sofa and kitchen area on the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedroom features a 160 cm bed with the option for a baby bed, and a beautiful bathroom with a separate WC. The private covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture, a bench, barbecue, parasol, and deck chairs, also boasts a private spa.

In front of the gîte, a private swimming pool and a lounge area under a wooden pergola, illuminated at night, await you. A gym is available for the guests of both gîtes, equipped with a treadmill, bike, floor mats, and a TV. Electric cars can be recharged in the private car park using specific Green Cube terminals.
