Accommodation Description: Ground Floor: A spacious living area welcomes you with a cozy space that includes a lounge equipped with a pellet stove, a flat-screen TV, a soundbar, WiFi, and a vast dining area. On the other side, discover a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, American fridge, dishwasher, fryer, oven, and microwave. An independent toilet completes the ground floor. 1st Floor: Four spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140) and ample wardrobe space, are ready to accommodate your group in optimal comfort. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with a view of the courtyard, while another is connected to an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second bathroom with toilet ensures convenience for all occupants. Exterior: Enjoy the courtyard enclosed by a gate, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. Two private parking spaces in front of the house are at your disposal, and free public parking is available 200 meters away, near the covered market.
