It is a postcard image, the heart of the land of Cockaigne, made famous by the cultivation of Woad. The former presbytery of Saint Theodard reigns here at the top of a hill, serene. It is here, in this land of exceptionally fertile hills, that was born the famous expression, this mythical plant. Pastel gave to the Pays de Cocagne from the 15th to the 16th century never found wealth, a century of gold (from 1462 to 1562) which saw the country cover of castles, churches and dovecotes. Nowadays, the landscapes alternate between fields of sunflowers, wheat or small wood, shades of yellow, green and gold.
A very pretty cottage of character, totally independent, housed in a former rectory atop a hill. Court grassed front (small murette), field competition at the rear, garden furniture, barbecue. Ground floor: large living room, dining room, kitchen, wc. On the first floor: three bedrooms, bathroom, shower room with wc. Electric heating, fireplace. Possible rental of sheets and towels, end cleaning service to stay. The deposit belongs to the municipality of Puylaurens, free access to the swimming pool during the summer.
