“Les chambres du Prieuré” is a hotel nestled in the heart of the vineyards of the Prieuré de Saint Jean de Bébian, a mecca for Languedoc wine growing. Entirely renovated in the former 16th century residence of the Monks, our hotel is composed of 10 charming rooms ranging from junior suites to family apartments. The renovation was entrusted to the interior designer Raymond Morel and alternates between raw materials, old stones and contemporary furniture. Between hundred-year-old olive trees and a 12th century chapel, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries for a weekend. Ideally located 2km from the city centre of Pézenas and all the other tourist sites of the region, its privileged geographical position makes it possible to make numerous getaways, the destinations of which are presented at the hotel reception. Lauzun’s Michelin-starred restaurant opens its doors for a gastronomic break that can be extended in the elegant bar.
