This chapel is called “Miègecoste” because it is located “halfway up the hill”. In the nave of the church there is a 105 cm high statue of a black Mother of God in the sanctuary. Its originality comes from the constitution of the body of the Virgin; the body of the sculpture is made of a piece of tree, hardly worked.
