Perched at an altitude of 1200 metres, the village of Prinsuéjols is home to a 12th century Romanesque church. Its bell tower is the witness of the painful episode that was the Revolution for the village. Later rebuilt as a wall-belfry, it stands today with four arcades occupied by bells, two of which date from the 18th and 19th centuries.

The architectural style of the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul church makes its charm. Built in regular granite units on the outside and inside, it forms a homogeneous architectural whole. It is nevertheless home to many treasures.

The interior of the building is full of charm. The nave has a single nave with a pointed arch and two side chapels. These side chapels, vaulted in a barrel vault, hold the baptismal font to the north and the Blessed Sacrament to the south. Contemporary stained glass windows have recently been installed. The entrance to the choir is provided by two statues of Saint Paul and Saint Peter. Traduction automatique par DeepL via DATAtourisme
