Located at the foot of the Montagne Noire, the Las Cases farm offers you the opportunity to discover its local charcuterie.
The pigs are raised on the farm and fed with the cereals produced on the farm. On site, you can visit the ham dryer and taste the specialities that you will find in the farm shop, or on the Revel market. Tasting, production and sale directly at the farm of a quality sausage: sausage, roasts, puddings, pâtés, hams, dry sausage…
