In a traditional Lauragais farm, Carbiole Farm invites you to discover its goat and cow breeding. The farm offers you the opportunity to discover the different stages of cheese making, from herd management to cheese maturing.
In the afternoon, you can watch the milking of the animals at 4:30 pm. The milk is processed on site and a cheese tasting will be offered. Farm sale. You can enjoy a snack at the farm, have a birthday celebration with a treasure hunt or attend a cheese-moulding workshop.
