Come and discover a splendid English garden in the hamlet of the Mothe in Salles Courbatiers. The garden has obtained the label “Jardin Remarquable”. We have renovated the barn and installed a grand piano which enables us to organise concerts in the garden. Each weekend and in summer the garden propose homemade drinks and pastry.
La Mothe est un jardin privé d’artiste de 3500m, créé autour d’une ancienne ferme aveyronnaise. Le jardin a été créé en 1997. La terre est en argile. L’allée de tilleuls et les haies de charmes ont été plantés pour l’an 2000. Pour créer la structure il y a des euphorbes, sedam, phlomis, eleagnus, yuccas, buis avec iris, hemerocallis, lysimachia firecracker, echinops, nepata, santolina et de la lavande pour le contraste et la texture. Arbres d’alignement, arbustes, allée de tilleuls, cyprès d’Italie, arbustes sculptés. Accès handicapés : partiel. Visite libre ou visite guidée sur rendez-vous.
