New at the top of the Tourmalet pass: La Maison du Tourmalet – Pic du Midi.
This new installation offers an exhibition related to the history of the place, a souvenir store, as well as a 360° immersive experience: “Nox – Le voyage dans la Nuit”.
This is a 20-minute session inside a large dome, on the theme of light pollution and the protection of the night sky.
In winter, a pedestrian pass allows easy access to the Col du Tourmalet from La Mongie, by the chairlifts Chapelle and Espade and includes the session “Nox”. Snowshoes are mandatory to move easily on the course.
