In the beautiful stables of the Château de Raissac, Christine Viennet exhibits earthenware from the 19th and 20th centuries. A ceramist by trade, she brings to these collections the eye of a creator and an expert. The museum has many pieces embodying the arts of the table, from the 16th to the 19th century in particular; without forgetting Christine Viennet’s passion: the naturalists, followers of Bernard Palissy (16th century). Through modeling and its different techniques, the art of trompe l’oeil and its infinite subjects, Christine Viennet sculpts marine creatures, still lifes… Open by appointment, Monday to Saturday.
