Marseillan Plage

Marseillan-Plage stands midway between Cap d’Agde and Sète and is a sailing port ideally suited for families. It is situated at the mouth of the Canal de Pisse-Saumes, a man-made waterway linking the Thau Lagoon with the sea. This means you can choose between leisure boating on the lagoon or sailing in the sea.

In the area: In Pinet, a signposted footpath along the Via Domitia. 

In the wine-growing village of Pomerols, a 13th century church with gilded wooden altarpiece 

In Florensac, a 12th century watermill once owned by the Dukes of Uzès.
