Aperture is a cocktail bar located in the heart of Montpellier, founded in 2018 by internationally renowned bartender Julien Escot. Designed like a contemporary art gallery, the space stands out with its sleek aesthetic, polished stainless steel central counter, and regularly changing photography exhibitions. A true laboratory of flavors, Aperture offers an inventive menu of signature cocktails, carefully curated wines, and creative small plates to share. Internationally acclaimed, the bar was named one of the world’s 10 best new cocktail bars by the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation in 2019, and is featured in the book “150 Bars to Visit Before You Die”.
