By combining his two ﬁelds of expression: photography and cocktails, Julien Escot has made Aperture his most personal project: a cocktail bar and a restaurant that looks like an art gallery. Following a radically modern approach, the team develops innovative and inspired cocktails. Quality and creative food that can be enjoyed casually at the bar or comfortably sitting at the table. In photography, aperture means the opening of the diaphragm through which the light travels. It is around this idea of light and its reﬂection that the design of the place was conceived. Aperture is truly in the limelight just six months after its opening : the venue has ranked “Top 10 Best Open Bar International 2019” by the prestigious Tales of The Cocktails Foundation, New Orleans.
