In love with our village and wishing to take part in the life which animates it, it seemed important to us to bring renewal to our village and to contribute to the development of the local know-how.
We work in partnership with farmers, producers and breeders of our region, in order to offer you our “Home-made” dishes composed of local products from Aveyron.
Our cuisine is simple and generous, composed essentially of fresh products, accompanied by various culinary preparations made by us. We also propose a “Menu du Jour” composed of recipes elaborated in our walls.
