The Auberge du lac d’Estaing would like you to discover an authentic and gourmet cuisine from our farm production and our employees.
Breeders and lovers of our valley, we want you to discover our cuisine and our products. We will also make you discover the Black chicken of Astarac and the Lamb of the Val d’Azun. You can enjoy our terrace before or after a walk around the lake. .
The Auberge du lac d’Estaing is located at an altitude of 1171 meters, a few meters from the lake of Estaing. It is a family project, during which we have totally rehabilitated the old hotel. Since 2019, we are committed to help our customers discover local breeds, regional cuisine, pastoralism … Both of us have become breeders, in order to feed the restaurant, we produce black pork and Gascon cow. You will also be able to visit our mini farm where you will discover the life in estives, our breeding and our market gardening.
