The Auberge du Pic de Pan, perched at an altitude of 1200 metres, welcomes you in a calm and peaceful environment, and offers you a tasty and seasonal cuisine, prepared with products coming from the valley’s producers. Our suggestions can be regional specialities as well as flavours from here or elsewhere, enhanced according to the chef’s inspiration. We welcome you in this old sheepfold transformed into an inn, either in a warm interior, near the wood stove when the mountains are covered in snow, or on the shaded terrace in summer, with a breathtaking view of the Gabizos and the Pic du Midi d’Arrens. .
July, August, school holidays and long weekends, open every day (evening reservations recommended) Open from Thursday to Sunday in September The rest of the year, by reservation only.
