Situated on the heights of Vernet-les-Bains (a typical village in the heart of the Conflent region, a spa resort at the foot of the Canigó mountain and just 5 km from Villefranche-de-Conflent), in the old village, our restaurant offers colourful bistronomic cuisine full of flavour, using fresh, quality produce. Every day we put together a menu on which you can discover the Chef’s daily specials. There are two or three choices for each dish (starter, main course, dessert). Depending on your hunger and your desires, all you have to do is compose your meal, which will be a delicate taste experience. At Le Cortal, you’re guaranteed to enjoy an excellent meal, with quality products harmoniously combined. The Chef works as much as possible with seasonal, fresh and local produce. Takeaway menus and Tapas platters available. Reservations are essential.
