ENJOY RURAL LUXURY The Côté Mas restaurant offers an exceptional panorama from the terrace, which is open in fine weather. A 180° view from the Cévennes in the north to the Etang de Thau in the south. The restaurant’s chef uses seasonal produce to create an inventive cuisine that gives pride of place to local produce. Vegetables from the kitchen garden adjoining the restaurant and fruit from the orchards planted on the property are also used. Even the olive oil comes from the estate’s olive groves and mill. While the wine list gives pride of place to Domaines Paul Mas wines, you’ll also find top-quality French and foreign wines. The decor has not been left to chance: the crockery and tablecloths have been selected from good houses, the furniture has been made by local craftsmen using noble materials, and to play with all the senses, the space is punctuated by paintings and pieces of handicraft.
