Chef Thierry Dubarry welcomes you to an authentic restaurant at his farm. Local produce and regional specialities with nearly all the ingredients coming from the farm
Specialities: Stuffed chicken, Bigourdane garbure soup, foie gras. Only by reservation. Group events up to 30 people also possible. .
In addition to tasting regional specialities, Thierry also sells a wide range of his produce at his farm shop and online. Typical farmhouse of the region, mainly rasing ducks, chickens and pigs.
