Amid the Pays Cathare châteaux, at the foot of the Pic de Bugarach, on our shady terrace or in our air-conditioned dining room, we invite you to explore the flavours of our terroir and the culinary tradition of our region. Our specialities: fattened chicken and morel sauce tinged with undergrowth served with a potato millefeuille, ox cheek, bole de picoulat, cassoulet, shoulder of lamb, etc.
