Our cuisine is 100% plant-based, healthy and prepared with love… We only use fresh organic produce, as much as possible from our own gardens or local producers.
Our dishes are all homemade, made exclusively from raw ingredients and contain no chemicals. We value the quality and freshness of the products we cook.
Our Food Truck is part of a rational approach to consumption.
Everything is organic, vegetarian and most dishes are gluten-free. Our mission is to give you a healthy diet rich in nutrients that leave your body and mind full of health and vigour.

All the containers we use (bottles, trays, pots, straws, lids, etc.) are made from 100% plant fibres, and are compostable and biodegradable. They contain zero petroleum and decompose quickly.

Raw dishes and desserts depending on what’s in season, raw soups, fermented products, sprouted seeds, smoothies, fresh juices…
