About
A passion for wine and gastronomy… A former winegrower’s house, with its own park, terraces and orangery, this restaurant offers sunny, cheerful, southern “seasonal cuisine” prepared entirely from fresh produce. The recipes harmonise with a local wine list full of character, selected from the best regional winegrowers, of which around 20 are served by the glass. Certain vintages are on sale to take away at the producer’s price. Specialities include: Beef and veal from the Puech de la Séranne farm at Saint-Jean de Buèges, Vegetarian platter with organic Pélardon goats’ cheese, Aveyron lamb.
