Lyonnaise and Normand, we assume a true “Cuisine de Grand-Mère et de Terroir”. L’Auberge du Lac offers you a simple cuisine, in the noble sense of the word, alternating recipes from all regions, without forgetting the products of the South-West and the Tarn.

“Open all year round, lunchtime only, Monday to Friday AND Sunday lunchtime (closed on Saturday)
Possibility of group meals in the evening for 15 people or more.
At the Auberge du Lac, there is no “extended menu” or fixed menu!
You compose your own menu from our Formules à ” L’Ardoise du Jour “, with constantly renewed and deliberately limited proposals.
Our way of working guarantees you :
– the freshness of our raw materials,
– the rediscovered taste of traditional recipes made in our kitchens,
– the “home-made” quality and the care taken in selecting the products.
In summer and winter, Florence and Thierry welcome you for lunch in their inn with a view of the lake (35 seats in the dining room and 25 on the terrace).
The inn offers “home-made” dishes using products from the South West and traditional recipes from all over France.
Evenings are exclusively reserved for group meals, with a menu agreed in advance.”
