We are delighted to offer you different types of pizzas, from the simplest to the most cooked, all under the symbol of passion. The dough, made mainly with know-how and patience, is made in our laboratory with a mixture of carefully selected Italian flours and then left to rest for several days for optimum quality. The tomato sauce is prepared by us from a secret recipe elaborated in order to sublimate the tomato without taking away its taste. The meats, cheeses and all other raw materials are, as soon as it is possible and the quality favours it, from local traders.
