La Roulante was born from the desire of two experienced chefs to do their job differently. The idea was inspired by the artists and technicians of a circus collective, with whom they discussed the importance of meals in the daily life of these teams on the move. They set up their future work tool themselves, a professional kitchen on board a truck. La Roulante hits the road in 2011. Today, La Roulante is a team of dedicated professionals, ready to take up the challenge of your events. 10 years of practice have given us the necessary experience to ensure more and more ambitious implementations. Our personality has also asserted itself, with clear commitments, in particular with regard to the ecological emergency. .
