La Taouchère is “the counter of home cooking”. Just a stone’s throw from the pass, you will find this emblematic place of Soulor, with a brand new concept and a panoramic view from the Pic du Midi de Bigorre to the Gabizos. .

Every day, a dish of the day cooked by Valérie from the Chalet du Soulor or a dish cooked by one of our local craftsmen You will also find our sandwiches with good bread from Dirasse’s, topped with Pierre Sajous’ cold cuts, cheese from the Cazaux farm, the Pyrenean trout from Lau-Balagnas. Without forgetting our salads largely provided with fresh vegetables as well as desserts, the whole in formula to be carried… Afterwards: gingerbread, blueberry pie, brioches, hot chocolate, all homemade. La Tachouère is also a shop selling local products (Sajous, Bretou, Grange Art et Montagne, Truite des Pyrénées, Ferme Karascole…), wines and aperitifs. If the dish of the day does not suit you, choose in the shop and we will heat up the dish of your choice.
