La Taulada is the new name of the Restaurant of the Hotel Dupont in Castelnau-Magnoac. The young chef Matthias Huillet revisits the beautiful recipes of the region with sensitivity and enthusiasm, thanks to a rigorous selection of products from the local fish stock.
