La Vita Al dente is an Italian restaurant specializing in Pasta Fresca and creamy Burrata, where everything is homemade according to Italian traditions! Fresh pasta is made daily on site at Les Halles du Lez, in a dedicated laboratory. Depending on the day’s selection, you’ll enjoy : Lasagne, Mafaldine, Rigatoni, Penne, Gnocchi, Ravioli, Maccheroni… The house special: creamy Burrata on the Pasta dish! All sauces are also homemade and prepared on site by Italian chefs. You can indulge in a dish of Carbonara, Pesto, Bolognese, Norma, Vongoleité or the Pasta dish with fresh Italian Truffle, a real delight. You can also indulge in other homemade products: arancini, parmigiana, polpette, tiramisu, cannoli… or a delicious salad of creamy seasonal burrata.
