A plateful of sunshine! The restaurant Le Bleu serves delicious Mediterranean dishes from a menu made up exclusively of fresh regional produce, all cooked “in-house”. A top restaurant of La Franqui, offering one of the resort’s most beautiful views from a vast terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, the lagoon of the basin and the cliffs of Leucate. A magical place! On the menu: Superb fish dishes, wild king prawns and caviar, chorizo-studded cod with virgin sauce, Albacore Rossigny, duck breast in a walnut crust, or a 500 g butcher-style French steak burger. For dessert: the runny chocolate heart is to die for, as are the macaroons. CONCERTS and EVENTS At weekends all year round and every night during the summer, LE BLEU proposes the musical art of living with concerts in line with various trends in the world of rock, pop, reggae, latino, blues, jazz, etc.
