The country cafe restaurant La Ruche is located in the village of Rousses, at the foot of Mount Aigoual and near the Tapoul Gorge. Ideal starting point for canyoning, via ferrata or hiking. The menu favors local products including Langlade trout, veal Rousses, lamb Mont Lozère … Bruno will also simmer dishes of pélardon, chestnut and honey of the Cevennes that Christine will serve you with a smile . On weekdays, the restaurant offers a daily lunch menu and a snack range during the summer. Finally, the wine list offers an extensive range of Languedoc and Roussillon wines. Thematic evenings are regularly organized by Bruno and Christine who like to live their village.
