A starry score with four hands. In a sumptuous setting in the heart of a typical southern landscape, La Table warmly welcomes you and surprises your taste buds with its gastronomic cuisine. Stephan Paroche and Justine Viano offer local and Mediterranean cuisine in line with Castigno’s “From the Farm to the Table” approach. The dishes prepared are based on extra-fresh local products. Homemade cold cuts, aromatic herbs, vegetables from the organic garden, matured meat, organic wines from Castigno Castle, all this in the open air, between the gardens and the fountain! At La Table, there is no menu, “going to the restaurant without knowing what you are going to eat is part of the experience that the chefs want to offer”.
