The new managers have combined their talents to make the place one of the most serene in the Montpellier region. Sébastien Flament, a chef from the Hérault region who trained for 10 years with starred chefs, puts his virtuosity at the service of the restaurant and takes a particular interest in preparing refined dishes for you.
