A late 17th-century Carthusian monastery with indescribable charm. A place that simply makes you feel good, with unique architecture, a unique past, and a unique location facing the Pyrenees, and the Pic du Midi in particular.

For the summer season, we offer you the ‘Piqu’O’Bocaux’ concept, for a picnic in complete simplicity… An air of holidays and pleasure takes over the estate and you can come and choose your favourite spot to eat, maybe take a seat on the cosy terrace or use the patio furniture in the garden. Here, you’ll discover a very different way of enjoying a meal at a restaurant, where enjoyment and a welcoming atmosphere are paramount! For your group meals, family gatherings or with groups of friends, we have set menus and dishes that will suit your needs, all you have to do is ask us! .
