On the shores of Lac de Pareloup, in the calm of Lévézou, Isabelle welcomes you to her family-style restaurant or hotel.
Isabelle prepares regional cuisine in her restaurant: homemade tripoux, calf’s head with Gribiche sauce, duck confit, sautéed chicken, homemade desserts: raspberry, pear charlotte… A real treat for your taste buds. Here we eat real, traditional food, and it’s good!
In July and August, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, try our Aveyron-style evenings and sample our local aligot, sautéed chicken fried in onions, tripoux prepared by Isabelle… and calf’s head, of course!
Groups are welcomed in one of the 2 dining rooms, the first of which can accommodate 45 people, while the second, with its open-air bay windows, can seat up to 120.
