About
La Ferme de la Truffe produces several local specialities : Red Label Quercy Farm Lamb, the black truffle of Périgord and walnuts. Opened in 2010, the restaurant uses this produce in its traditional, family-style cuisine. The truffle is a mushroom which should be left for several hours in contact with the product it is intended to flavour, which is why restaurant clients have to reserve their chosen menu the previous day before 19.00. Try our truffle omelette, truffled casserole of tagliatelli or delicious truffled butter. (Menu details on the website www.agritourismetruffe.fr) The restaurant seats up to 20 pers., open every lunchtime Tuesday to Saturday, visit of the truffle plantation every morning at 10.30. Everything is home made !
