About
The Table de Haute Serre is a concept combining the traditional good food served in the vineyards with the modern idea of “bistronomy”. Aromas of barrels, modern art and architectural design, culinary creativity and audacity in the use of wine will give you an unforgettable experience. The Chef, Allan Duplouich, gives a modern twist to well-known quality local produce associated with Malbec wines. His cuisine is both local and creative, and there are several themed meals during the year, bringing to the fore the classic trio of Malbec, Truffles and Saffron. Exceptional moments of exquisite taste ! The set menu depends on the fresh produce available daily, and is shown on the blackboard; and the ambiance is convivial.
