Their Thai-Cambodian cuisine prides itself on spices and peppers, which are beef prepared with a variety of locally sourced meats (beef served with satay …, curried pork …) and poultry (with duck meat with mushrooms), bamboo …, chicken with basil and chilli …).
After the unmissable egg rolls, fish, sweet and sour fritters and a Thai menu of prawns with lemongrass also feature prominently on the menu, alongside the three set menus, including a hearty ‘discovery’ menu. But Le Bonheur’s speciality remains the dishes served on a hot plate, such as this mysterious beef with five flavours. And to finish, a banana with caramel coulis flambéed in sake, a real treat!
