La Café Rousse is a gourmet mountain bar and restaurant in Siguer, where an old building has been transformed into a warm and welcoming place combining modernity and authenticity.

Mathieu, the restaurateur, puts all his know-how at the service of an authentic and generous cuisine. The dishes, prepared in front of your eyes in the open kitchen, are concocted using fresh, seasonal and market produce that he selects with care.

Every evening, a dish of the day is offered, as well as a vegetarian risotto. You can enjoy service in the dining room or on the terrace, either on the square or in the garden.

Café Rousse is perfect for lunch, an aperitif or dinner all year round, with savory or sweet breaks depending on the time of day.
On the terrace, the café also offers catering options throughout the day, with dishes such as tart/salad or omelette/salad.
