The chef Pascal De Ventura and the new team of the restaurant Le Loup Blanc welcome you in the preserved setting of the village of Saint-Martin le Redon. Pascal De Ventura’s cooking, between tradition, gastronomy and Asian influences, gives free rein to his taste for spices from all over the world. The chef works with respect for the seasons and selects quality local products for his kitchen and for the restaurant’s grocery store. His desserts, composed with passion, reveal a gourmet chef, always in search of new horizons. Open from Tuesday lunchtime to Saturday evening, the restaurant Le Loup Blanc invites you to travel in a warm and authentic setting, with a lunchtime menu at 18 or 22 euros and an à la carte menu in the evening and on Saturdays.
