The restaurant offers gourmet cuisine prepared by our Chef Benjamin Egret and his team using carefully selected fresh produce. On the Bistro side, Chef Valentina Zamudio draws her inspiration from the world’s specialities. Her cuisine is prepared before your very eyes, reflecting her passion for spices and different culinary cultures. The dishes come in the form of plates that can be shared or enjoyed together.
