Discover Le Grau-du-Roi

Le Grau-du-Roi was originally a fishing village. Without ever losing its soul, it became a lively seaside resort with 18 km of fine sandy beaches. The village was built on either side of a “grau” (channel where sea and inland water meet).

The centre of the town is the canal with its swing bridge, pontoons and the old lighthouse crowned by a bell tower. Fishing boats are moored alongside the restaurant-lined quays.
