Desde 1827, nuestra finca produce vinos de carácter en el prestigioso terruño de Tautavel. Vinificamos vinos tintos respetando el medio ambiente y el terruño, con la denominación Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel. Nuestros Vins Doux Naturels (tuilé, ambré, éclat, muscat) se elaboran con variedades de uva catalanas y ofrecen la quintaesencia del sol mediterráneo. The Bonzoms family has been operating 35 ha of vines and 5 ha of scrubland (where beehives and orchards are located) organically since 2009 and have just obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) label.
