L’Aven des Nymphes is a family vineyard of 4 hectares cultivated in organic conversion since 2018 at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup in the medieval village of Les Matelles The Aven des Nymphes, one of the most beautiful in the region, discovered in 1907, gives the name to our estate. Our clay-limestone terroir is formed from sedimentary rocks, rich in stones and clays. It is surrounded by caves and avens.
