Take the road to the store in Vézénobres, to discover the different ranges of wines and admire the stainless steel barrels. Meet them in a warm setting to share a moment of discovery around the tasting formulas.

In a unique setting, the Maison S.Delafont welcomes you to Vézénobres to discover the universe and the wines elaborated by Samuel, Vigneron Négociant.

For him, wine is synonymous with sharing, exchange and pleasure. It is based on these values, this philosophy that he is constantly questioning himself while respecting what has been done in the past, including permaculture in his vineyards.

For each vintage, he selects, blends and ages small volumes of just fermented wine from the best châteaux and estates in the appellation. With a great concern for the balance of the wine, between finesse and extraction, generosity and freshness. This profession allows him a great freedom of choice and creation to elaborate hand-made wines.

You will find white, rosé and red wines from the most beautiful parcels of the region, highlighting the appellations AOP Languedoc, AOP La Clape, AOP Pic St Loup, AOP Limoux and Crémant de Limoux, the regional IGP such as Pays d’Oc, Haute Vallée de l’Aude and Cévennes, as well as some very beautiful Vins de France. The wines are aged in stainless steel barrels, invented by the owner. The first prize of Alès Audace, a competition that rewards project leaders, was awarded to him in 2016. It was necessary to dare and it is a success, the stainless steel barrels allow to stay on the fruit of the wine and to give it freshness.

Throughout the year tastings are offered in the store where you can visit the cellar and the winery. Several tasting formulas are proposed to you.
